It can be difficult to find truly indulgent vegan desserts, especially chocolate. Today's chocoholics are interested in fine flavor, high-percentage, organic, and fair chocolate. All of Costigan's desserts are vegan, some are gluten-free, and some are raw, but every one is absolutely chocolate and made with quality, easily sourced ingredients-- minus the dairy, eggs, and white sugar.
