Description
The Elwha studies filed on May 27, 1988 as part of the relicensing procedure for the Glines Canyon and Elwha Hydroelectric Projects provided information on wildlife and vegetation in the Elwha River watershed. Section VIII, entitled Terrestrial Resources, provided results of the HEP analysis of pre-project and with-project conditions. Additionally, a conceptual mitigation plan for the lands owned by James River II, Inc. (James River) surrounding Lake Aldwell was presented. This report has been prepared to address FERCS's Request for Additional Information .
