Description
Exercise routine for flattening and toning the abdominal muscles. The abdominal core is composed of 12 muscles that wrap around like a girdle and when properly trained, they hold the midsection flat and tight. Recent research shows that standard floor crunches train only 2 of these critically important core muscles. Thus, the crunchless workout-with the addition of 4 interval style segments, a warm-up and cool-down for a concentrated cardio workout. The workout can be chosen individually, or with an introduction by program creator Linda LaRue, which includes a segment on abs alignment.
